New build detached 3-bedroom home. Including substructure, superstructure, roof, services, internal finishes, internal fixtures and external landscaping. Working in a planning conservation area and working closely with the design team and planning department to ensure that all planning conditions were met on materials used. The project was a JCT Design and Build Contract so the agreed cost plan had to be effectively delivered through thorough project planning by our team.
