Full internal refurbishment of a ground floor flat. After being rented for a number of years the new homeowners wanted the whole place stripped back to it’s bare bones.
We carried out a full re-wire, all plumbing renewed, all walls re-plastered, new stair cases, ceilings suspended and sound insulated as well as original sash windows double glazed. We exposed the original floor boards, full bathroom re-fit and installed a new kitchen made on site from birch plywood with a concrete worktop. At lower ground level refurbishment of a communal basement was required as part of the lease agreement. Landscaping of the rear garden included decking and basketweave brick paving and built a black cladded timber shed.
This was completed on an extremely tight budget but delivered on time and to the client’s expectations.
