Conversion of three existing flats into five flats. Including new structural support frame, new kitchens, bathrooms, new floor and wall finishes, window refurbishment, new joinery and redecoration throughout. These flats were above a busy McDonald’s meaning fire and noise separation were key issues to address during construction. Being a mews, access was tight, but in addition to that, neighbouring mews properties were commercial spaces, meaning communication and scheduling was key for the build to work harmoniously with our neighbours.
